"Reb Zalman," Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi (1924-2014), founder of Jewish Renewal, lived a calling to reach and touch people in deeply spiritual, supportive, and Jewishly profound ways. Both sage and renaissance person, he developed joyful and deep ways to bridge science and spirituality, pre-war European and 21st Century Judaism, patriarchy and feminism, tradition and innovation, Jewish faith and many faiths.

Wisdom from Reb Zalman contains 250 vignettes by 118 of his students and colleagues from across the spectrum of Jewish life. Prepare to be challenged and inspired by Reb Zalman’s adventurous and innovative ways of connecting and guiding Jewish journeys. She offers these events and many more Jewish spiritual teachings and trainings world-wide, always including time for vibrant, soulful discussion.

BIO: Rabbi Goldie Milgram is an award-winning Jewish spiritual educator, author of nine books, and also ordained by Reb Zalman as a Mashpi'ah--Jewish spiritual guide, and Maggid-- sacred storyteller, in the field of Jewish spiritual education. She long-served as Reb Zalman's ordained personal shaliach among his many shlichim-- emissaries, with teaching and ambassadorial assignments throughout North America, Great Britain, Europe and Eastern Europe. Reb Goldie has been honored for her body of work by the Covenant Foundation, National Jewish Book Council, and featured at the Jewish Futures Conference.
